Where Our Journey Began

9 Mountains was founded by Nick Ryan and Tim Hammett.
Nick has spent 25 years guiding charities of all sizes through growth, fundraising and strategy. Tim brings many years of commercial expertise, helping organisations grow sustainably and make smart decisions, alongside his long-standing work as a charity trustee.
Together, they lead our network of sector specialists, bringing in exactly the right expertise when you need it, so your charity gets tailored, practical support without carrying heavy overheads.
